Program for Exceptional Children

A serene sunset over the ocean with a motivational quote.

The Program for Exceptional Children at Crawford County Schools believes that every child can learn and succeed in school and life. We focus on helping students develop important skills, like independence, so they can be active members of their community.

Students with exceptional needs get special teaching that is tailored to them. Our curriculum is adjusted to help these students meet the same educational goals as all other students.

Our staff knows how to support exceptional students and help them succeed in our changing world. Most of our students learn alongside their peers in general education classrooms, with help from staff through co-teaching and consultations.
